Plans start at $60/month and are flexible as I refine my approach with my first clients.

Science-Based Training: Plans use the VDOT methodology, tailoring paces and workouts to your current fitness and goals.
Seamless Tracking: Workouts can be exported as GPX files directly to your GPS watch (Garmin, Apple Watch, or others) for effortless tracking.
Race-Ready: Coaching plans aim to be built 3–4 months leading up to key races or events, ensuring steady progress and peak performance.

A bit about me!
Hi friends! I’m Halle, and I’m an avid runner & adventure lover. I’ve been noodling on this behind the scenes for a while, and I’m beyond excited to finally launch my personalized coaching program.
Running has been such a wild ride for me. I went from a post-college “what now?” phase to running seven marathons. Along the way, I’ve fallen flat on my face, celebrated small wins that felt huge, and learned so much from the incredible coaches who pushed me further than I thought possible.
Through it all, what I’ve loved most isn’t just the running—it’s the community. The laughs, the “you got this” moments from strangers—those moments are magic. I’ve discovered a stronger, more empowered version of myself through running, and nothing lights me up more than helping others find that same feeling: that moment when you realize you can do more than you thought, and you can have fun while doing it
Alongside the running, I’ve spent a lot of time diving into the science behind it—specifically the gut-brain connection and hormonal balance in females. I want to help runners not just run harder, but feel better, move smarter, and understand how their bodies respond to training, stress, and everyday life. My approach is about balancing all of that with your life—because the plan should fit you, not the other way around.
I love coaching because it lets me combine everything I care about: movement, community, laughter, learning, and helping others push past limits they didn’t know they had. Whether you’re building toward a race, coming back from a slump, or just want a plan that actually fits your life, I’m here for you!
